Hampshire Meadows Unit 3 is an approved residential subdivision in the Village of Hampshire, Illinois. The developer of the property hired Paul Bednar Planning & Design, Ltd. to prepare both a  rendered landscape concept plan and construction documents. The perimeter of the property had to be landscaped with a dense buffer, in order to accomodate the Village's desire to screen the back yards from the two adjoining busy streets.
