As the planning project manager for Burnidge Cassell & Associates, Paul Bednar oversaw the production of master landscape plans for numerous senior housing developments built by Windsor Development Corporation. These developments were all located in the Chicagoland area. Although the buildings were much the same for each location, the sites required custom attention. Wherever possible, the native landscape was kept intact.
