Oak Ridge Farm Subdivision is located on the western edge of Elgin, in unincorporated Kane County. In 1993, Paul Bednar, as the project manager for BCA prepared all necessary PUD documents and presented the proposed development to Kane County. The development was designed to take advantage of the scenic views, enhance a small wetland, protect existing Oaks and provide native landscape buffers.
